above the small yacht and fishing port of Caleta de Vélez, about 30 km east of Málaga on the Costa del Sol.
The new Baviera-Golf golf course is located right next to the urbanization.
The house is located on a slope and can be reached via a staircase from the street.
The wonderful terrace with sea view ... sun loungers ... umbrellas and cushions ... and the turquoise pool shines in the sun...
The bright living room with air conditioning, pellet stove and wonderful view is furnished with great attention to detail, bright and friendly.
There is a large satellite TV with all German channels.

In winter, the pellet stove provides warmth throughout the house.
The house has a glazed veranda with comfortable chill-out furniture.

The large sliding window can be opened wide, meaning you can sit in a sheltered position but still be outdoors.
There are two lovely bedrooms with air conditioning, fly screens and fitted wardrobes.
Bedroom 1 has a double bed and bedroom 2 has two single beds.
In addition to the wide shower, toilet and washbasin with a large mirror, the modern bathroom also has a cosmetic mirror, electric fan heater and underfloor heating.
A hairdryer and various shelves are available.
The spacious kitchen is fully equipped: there is an induction stove, an oven, a microwave, a fridge with a freezer, a dishwasher
