Monte Azul is a very nice rustic holiday home in rural style with private pool (approx. 5 x 6.5 m)
large garden and beautiful sea view.
The house is located in a small, quiet urbanization in Benajarafe, a tranquil coastal town with extensive beaches, about 20 km east of Malaga, on the Costa del Sol.
Located above the coastal road in a quiet cul-de-sac, you have a beautiful view of the beach and the sea.
The house has a very nice large living room with air conditioning for cold and hot and a fireplace for cozy evenings.
There is a comfortable corner sofa, a large satellite TV (flat screen) with all German channels and a dining table for 6 people.

The house has a beautiful large, fully equipped kitchen-living room with a:
Electric stove with oven and ceramic hobs, a large refrigerator with freezer compartment, a dishwasher, toaster, kettle, microwave and a coffee machine.
There are plenty of dishes and spices available.
The large windows offer a wonderful view of the sea and the garden.
Two large arched doors lead directly outside to the pool, the garden and the covered terrace
On the covered terrace you can sit comfortably and in a wonderfully protected position and enjoy the fantastic view.
The house has three bedrooms.
Each bedroom has air conditioning and fly screens on the windows
One bedroom has a large double bed and a large wardrobe with sliding doors.
The other two bedrooms have single beds.
One with beds next to each other, the other with a second bed that pulls out from under the upper one.
In the sleeping area there is a bathroom with shower, sink and toilet.
In the garden, very practical with a separate entrance, there is another "quiet place" with toilet and sink.
Very pleasant also for a short break while swimming.
The house is surrounded by a beautiful, well-kept garden (600m²) with lawns and many exotic plants.
There are many beautiful areas that invite you to linger and enjoy.
In the middle of the lawn there is a huge banana tree.
The brick outdoor grill is in your shade.
Due to its south-west orientation, the house has sun all day long, both in winter and summer.
Relax in the sun or enjoy in the shade.
There are six sun loungers with cushions and side tables.
Enjoy the private pool on warm summer nights.
Various shops and restaurants can be found in Benajarafe itself or in Torre del Mar, a 5-minute drive away.
The beach is only about 400 m away.
Two very nice golf courses are very close by.
In just 10 minutes by car you can reach the new golf course 'Baviera-Golf' in Caleta de Velez and the golf course 'Añoreta' in Rincon de la Victoria.
